Do you want to return your purchase?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, You can return your purchase within 30 days of receipt. We will issue a refund of your purchase price in 48 hours of receipt.
You must request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before making a return: To request an RMA number simply email us at service@fashionsquare.in and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the copy of your parking slip.
Please note: To be accepted for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Any item that you received with tags attached must be returned with those tags intact. All packaging, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner. Returns that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
All the returned packages with failure delivery, i.e., multiple delivery attempts, insufficient address information, or refusal, we are not responsible for the shipping and return shipping if applicable, store credit will be issued with deduction of shipping cost from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.


Will I Be Charged for Return Shipping?
If the return caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong products, we will be fully responsible for the mistakes, the return shipping will be reimbursed (Original shipping in original payment is the maximum, so please choose the return shipping method accordingly).
If the return not caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong products,Return shipping is at your expense, using the carrier of your choice


Original shipping is refundable?
If the return caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong products, original shipping is refundable.
If the return not caused by manufacture defect or receiving wrong products, original shipping is not refundable and ONLY store credit will be issued according to receipt of the return.


How Do I Make an Exchange?
fashionsquare.in strives to offer you great merchandise at unbeatable price everyday. In order to do so, we may not always carry large quantities or every size. Therefore, we unfortunately cannot process exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return your original merchandise and place a new order.


International Order Policy
We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurred. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees which are collected from your country before you place the order.
fashionsquare.in will NOT be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees. If the order arrives at your country and any of the following occur:
1. The customer refuses to accept the package
2. No attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package
fashionsquare.in reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any refund.


Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as your order is in process. If your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel your order. To cancel your order please simply reply to order confirmation email with "CANCEL ORDER" in the subject line.
